- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Refunds will be processed if we cannot reschedule the cancelled session to a mutually convenient time

5. Participant Responsibilities

- Participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully
- Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from services without refund
- Participants must arrive punctually for scheduled sessions
5.2 Health and Safety
- Participants must inform us of any health conditions that may affect their participation
- Breathwork exercises should only be performed as instructed
- Participants engage in physical exercises at their own risk
5.3 Equipment and Environment
- For virtual sessions, participants are responsible for ensuring adequate internet connection and technical setup
- Participants must ensure they have a suitable, private environment for sessions
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Content
- All materials, methods, techniques, and content provided during our services are proprietary to The Simon C Method Limited
- Participants may not record, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission
- Participants receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials solely for their personal development
6.2 Video Analysis
- By submitting video content for analysis, you grant us permission to review and analyse the material
- We will not share, distribute, or use your video content for any purpose other than the agreed analysis
- You retain all rights to your submitted content
7. Privacy and Data Protection
